Photographs, school exercise books and web site maps: these are the raw materials that make up these digital codices which demonstrate a new way of organizing space and time. It is this plasticity that Lousie Merzeau explores, showing how the image is always affected by other images. Combining techniques and temporal strata, her work never dissociates memory and innovation.
