Sassen – Sketches, Polaroids made in Afrika, 2002-2010

The publication consists of 30 Polaroids, created between 2002 and 2010 in Africa. The works are to be understood as sketches of the work Flamboya, created during the same period. The Polaroids also give a glimpse behind the scenes and show how Viviane Sassen’s pictures are created, with a lot of creativity but also spontaneity.
